Positive: The location was what I wanted. The view on the lake was perfect
Negative: The primary bedroom pocket door had no handle or lock. There was a door to the outside in the primary bedroom but it had no curtain, not acceptable. We found after day one that the hot water heater could not accommodate more than one shower at a time. Not acceptable when the listing says for 10 people. Two burners on the gas stove were not functioning properly, they were not adjustable. The garage door did not lock so the home was not secure.
